What a Qzino account involves

The registration form is completed personally by the future player, and the terms are accepted in the same step. Age, language and disclosures

Our reading of the age rule is simple: players confirm that they are at least 18 years old, or older where the legal gambling age of their jurisdiction is higher. An account whose age stays unconfirmed can be frozen. Formal notices to the casino are written in English and sent from the Registered Email Address, and live chat support replies in English, Spanish and Russian.

One duty applies before or at sign-up. A player with a history of gambling addiction, or one who appears in a self-exclusion registry, tells Customer Support at that point, since refunds are forfeited otherwise.

Identity checks after sign-up

Verification can be required at registration, and the casino may request documents at any time it considers necessary. The named documents are a photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card), a recent utility bill showing name and address, and a selfie. On request, occupation, source of funds and source of income are added, and a confirmation of where funds came from may be asked for, with the funds frozen until it arrives.

Until identity is sufficiently verified, deposits, withdrawals and access can be restricted. A first reply to a document request comes within up to 7 days, and the full check finishes within 30 days of that reply.
