Rollover base and multiplier
The rollover is an anti-money-laundering measure and works apart from bonus multipliers. For a crypto deposit it is 100% of the deposit amount, wagered on gaming and sports betting before a withdrawal: a 100 USDT deposit needs 100 USDT of bets. For a fiat deposit the requirement is 200% of the deposited amount. The base is the deposit in both cases. Players at rank 30 or higher are exempt from the crypto rollover.
The ceiling on wins
A Maximum Win Limit covers any bet, spin, bonus round, free spin or purchased free spin. Payable winnings stop at 300,000 USD or equivalent, and the amount above that may be credited but goes unpaid. When a payout is adjusted to the limit, a notification arrives. The capped amount can be paid in equal instalments over up to 90 days.

The ranks run from Bronze to Blue Diamond across eight levels. Loyalty points come from betting activity, and rank, once earned, is never lost.
What higher ranks bring
Higher ranks bring higher cashback and rakeback, priority support and events. A VIP status held at another casino can be moved over through support, which skips the early ranks.
Withdrawals after a bonus
Routes and timing
Money returns only to the wallet, card or account used for the deposit, via the same method or blockchain. Crypto withdrawals usually land within an hour. Some fiat withdrawals take up to seven business days. A win in a low-liquidity coin is converted to USDT and paid within 48 hours.
Limits worth knowing
The minimum withdrawal is 2 USDT, each coin keeping its own minimum, and a weekly cashout of up to 50,000 USD usually applies. Winnings of 50,000 USD or more can, in exceptional cases, be paid in instalments over up to 30 days.
What can hold a request
A withdrawal can be delayed by the anti-fraud workflow, paused during a Risk Department investigation, or left unprocessed when the terms were violated. Withdrawal fees are shown to players and can change.
